The Henry Yates Thompson Dinner Event 2019 was a huge success celebrating Sefton Park Palm House, and it’s diverse activities. Every year they have to raise much-needed funds to ensure that everyone can enjoy the Palm House.  This was originally envisaged in 1896 by Henry Yates Thompson who gifted the building to the people of Liverpool.

I always love being part of this, giving something back to this unique venue where I married in 2004. Besides, as a recommended wedding supplier, I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of so many love stories we have captured over the last 14 years. ‘Under-the-sea’ was the theme of The Henry Yates Thomspon Dinner Event 2019.  They pulled out all the stops with a  light show and entertainment. It was so vibrant and fun to capture.

However, this year due to the Covid19 emergency, they’re unable to host this amazing night. They’re asking all they’re supporters if they’d donate to the Palm House. Unfortunately, they have had to cancel their income-generating activities, which solely fund the Sefton Park Palm House Preservation Trust.

Finally, in memory of good times, I just wanted to share some of the highlights from the Henry Yates Thompson Dinner Event 2019. You might even spot yourself! Next year is looking to be massive, as they’ll be celebrating the Palm House’s 125th anniversary.
